Still Up
Privacy policy. Updated 8 November 2026.
In short
No account and nothing that identifies you. The app keeps your game on your phone and sends a few anonymous counts so we can see which cards people like. You can switch that off.
What stays on your phone
Cards you've seen, cards you hearted, forbidden topics, the 18+ switch, the language and a night in progress. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Anonymous stats
Unless you turn off Settings → Anonymous stats, the app sends:
- a random install number made on your phone, not tied to you or your device;
- the app version and language;
- what happened in the game: a night started (deck, level, whether 18+ was on), a card answered, skipped or hearted, the moth tapped, a night finished or left.
We use this only to see which cards work. We don't store IP addresses with it, and it can't be connected to you. There are no ads, no tracking across apps or websites, and nothing is sold or shared. If our server is off, the app works the same.
What we never collect
Your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or anything you say at the table.
Sharing a card
If you share a card, the image goes wherever you send it. The app doesn't see that.
Purchases
If the app ever sells anything, purchases go through Apple. The app only learns whether something was bought.
Adults only
Still Up is for adults 18 and over. Frank questions about sex appear only after someone turns on the 18+ switch.
